Introduction

This is the home page and documentation site for the Roadrunner Project. Roadrunner is a chemical database application developed and supported by the Division of Biocomputing and the Center for Molecular Discovery at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.

Depending on your needs, there is a Frequently Asked Questions page, a User Guide, or developer documentation.

A demo installation of Roadrunner can be accessed here and is available to anyone for use and testing.

This website is an experiment in using community input on documentation. There is a page about this site describing the software we are using to run the site and our goals. There is also a style guide to provide some guidelines for creating and editing pages.
